Data Analytics Leader

Brent is an Analytics Leader with long experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, and Visualization for B2C and B2B organizations. He brings a proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven strategies that foster deep business understanding, improved customer experience, and increased sales.

His experience leading Advanced Analytics, Data Science, and Visualization Design teams has supported business decision-making in association and commercial operations – with a particular focus on Digital Customer Experience, Marketing, Product, and Sales / Revenues. This has included analytics, metrics, and modeling delivering insights into key customer groups’ behaviors, the timing of delivery vs. needs, success attribution, prediction, recommendation, and retention.

Further, he has focused on successfully delivering these insights via training to build organizational understanding and recognition of opportunities, as well as actionable process incorporation and systems’ workflow integration.

Brent holds an MBA from The Wharton School (Marketing), a BA and graduate work (Economics) from the University of North Carolina – Greensboro, and also has an intelligence background (Central Intelligence Agency) and military background (US Army National Guard – Light Infantry).
